Urgent Maintenance to Resume UMMoodle, UM@Connect and Staff Outlook Web Mail on 17 October, 2015 (Saturday)

To: All Users

Please be informed that abnormal server connection was observed after internal server firewall OS upgrade in the morning of 17 October, 2015 (Saturday). As a consequence, user cannot access to UMMoodle, UM@Connect and Staff Outlook Web Mail with the centralized authorization page.

After urgent maintenance, UMMoodle was resumed normal at 3:05 p.m. while UM@Connect and Staff Outlook Web Mail were resumed normal at 4:05 p.m. on 17 October, 2015 (Saturday).

We apology for any inconvenience caused and will try our best to minimize the down time caused by any maintenance in future. Should you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact our Help Desk.
